The Thin Skin features a full v-looped thin skin base that creates the appearance of hair growing directly out of the scalp, with no knots and a naturally undetectable look from both sight and touch. The smooth skin base gives you a clean, consistent surface for tape or adhesive all the way around, making attachment, removal, and cleanup more straightforward than any full lace design. The 8″ x 10″ base can be cut down to any size without restriction. It is the right choice for men who want a realistic scalp appearance and a base that is easy to handle, and who are willing to trade breathability for that result.
It is available in 11 colors with 0%-100% gray mix options. Gray hair from 5% to 70% uses synthetic gray hair. For 80% to 100% gray systems, the gray uses human gray hair.

- In-stock hair systems ordered by 4:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
- If you add a service such as a Base Cut or Haircut, please allow approximately 1–2 additional weeks for the service to be completed before your order ships.
- Shipping charges and delivery times are based on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout.
- Carrier transit times are not guaranteed by Hairpiece Warehouse. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, or other carrier-related circumstances are outside our control.
Returns & Exchanges
- Stock hair systems may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as they are unused, unaltered, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Eligible returns will receive a full refund of the product price, minus the shipping cost.
- A restocking fee of $15 or more per item may apply if the hair system is not returned in its original condition or original packaging.
- To avoid a restocking fee, please return the hair system exactly as received. The hair system must not be cut, colored, washed, worn, styled, chemically treated, or otherwise altered, and all original netting, packaging, and forms or molds must remain intact.
- Hair systems that have received a Base Cut, Haircut, or any other customization or alteration service are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Hairpiece Warehouse.
- All returned items are inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.
