- This service covers cutting the length of the hair system only — it is not a full styling service
- Please provide your desired hair length in inches when placing your order
- You are welcome to send photos of your preferred hairstyle as a reference for our technicians
- This service will add an additional 1–2 weeks to your standard order processing time
- Purchasing this service makes your order final sale — no returns or exchanges will be accepted once the hair has been cut

Shipping
- Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for most hair services, such as a Base Cut or Haircut, to be completed before your hair system is shipped.

- Shipping charges and delivery times are based on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout.
- Carrier transit times are not guaranteed by Hairpiece Warehouse. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, or other carrier-related circumstances are outside our control.
Returns & Exchanges
- All hairpiece services are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once the service has been performed.
- Services such as a Base Cut, Haircut, Repair, or other alteration permanently modify the hair system. Once a service has been performed, the hair system is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
- Please review your service selections and provide all requested measurements, instructions, and other information carefully before submitting your order.
