Shipping Policy

Hairpiece Warehouse is committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our current shipping methods, processing times, delivery estimates, international shipping terms, local pickup options, and other important shipping-related information.
1. Shipping Methods
Hairpiece Warehouse currently offers the following shipping options for most orders within the United States:
Priority 3 to 4 Days
Express 1 to 2 Days
Both options are currently shipped through FedEx unless otherwise noted.
2. Order Processing and Same-Day Shipping
For in-stock items, orders placed by 4:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day will generally ship the same business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will generally ship on the next business day.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
3. Custom Orders and Service Orders
Some items require additional processing time before shipment.
Custom orders require production time before shipment and will ship only after production is completed.
Service orders such as haircut, base cut, perm, color, thinning, repair, or other services performed on a unit generally require 1 to 2 weeks of processing time before shipment.
Any production, processing, handling, or delivery time provided on the website, in product pages, at checkout, or by customer service is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
4. Delivery Estimates
Shipping and delivery timeframes provided by Hairpiece Warehouse are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped, actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
carrier delays
weather events
holidays
service interruptions
customs processing
address issues
regional delivery conditions
other events beyond our control
Hairpiece Warehouse is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist with address changes before the order ships. Once a package has shipped or is already in transit, address changes are not guaranteed.
If additional fees are incurred due to an incorrect address, delivery exception, returned shipment, or reshipment request, the customer is responsible for those charges.
6. PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii
PO Box addresses are shipped using USPS.
Puerto Rico orders are shipped using USPS.
Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped using FedEx.
Shipping options and delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination.
7. International Shipping
Hairpiece Warehouse ships internationally to many countries using FedEx.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling fees, and any other country-specific import charges associated with their order.
International transit times vary and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs clearance, import restrictions, destination-country regulations, or local delivery conditions are outside Hairpiece Warehouse’s control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered may be legally imported into the destination country.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Hairpiece Warehouse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once a package has been shipped and tracking has been provided, the shipment is in the hands of the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier and checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or other possible delivery locations.
Hairpiece Warehouse may assist where reasonably possible, but we do not guarantee replacement, refund, or reimbursement for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered.
9. Shipping Insurance
Hairpiece Warehouse does not add separate shipping insurance by default.
Customers who would like to discuss special shipping arrangements may contact us before placing an order.
10. Signature Requirement
For custom orders over $500, customers may request signature confirmation at the time the order is placed.
If signature confirmation is desired, the customer must indicate this when submitting the order.
11. Discreet Packaging
We understand that discretion is important to many of our customers.
Orders are shipped in discreet packaging. Shipping labels will generally display HPW as the company name. Packaging details may vary depending on the product, shipment contents, carrier requirements, or fulfillment needs.
12. Split Shipments
Orders are generally shipped together in one shipment.
Hairpiece Warehouse reserves the right to ship orders separately if necessary due to availability, processing requirements, or other operational reasons.
13. Supplies Orders
Supplies-only orders generally follow the same shipping methods and timing structure as other orders.
Shipping options and rates for supplies orders are shown at checkout.
14. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused by the customer or returned as undeliverable, any refund issued will be reduced by:
the original shipping charges
return shipping charges
any other carrier fees incurred in connection with the refused or undeliverable shipment
If the customer requests reshipment, additional shipping charges will apply.
15. Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for Maryland customers.
Customers must complete their order online or by phone before pickup. Local pickup may be available the same day, but customers must call ahead and coordinate with Hairpiece Warehouse before arriving.
16. Shipping Policy Updates
Hairpiece Warehouse may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
