Due to differences in screen settings, lighting, photography, hand-ventilation, manufacturing processes, processing methods, and the handmade nature of many hair systems, we do not guarantee that the appearance of a product on your screen will exactly match the product you receive.
Slight variations in color, density, texture, wave pattern, knot bleaching, base appearance, dimensions, and similar specifications may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
10. Custom Orders, Production Timing, and Service Timing
Custom orders, rush orders, and service-based items may require additional processing, manufacturing, or completion time.
Any production, handling, shipping, delivery, or completion time provided on the website, in product pages, in email communications, or by customer service is an estimate only unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Delays may occur due to manufacturing conditions, supplier constraints, holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, labor issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Rush service or expedited processing means your order will receive priority handling where applicable, but it does not guarantee completion or delivery by a specific date unless expressly stated by us in writing.
11. Shipping and Delivery

13. Altered or Tampered Products
Products that have been cut, styled, dyed, chemically processed, re-bleached, washed, worn, damaged, or otherwise altered, tampered with, or modified after delivery are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or other remedy, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
14. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe there is a billing or order issue, you agree to contact Hairpiece Warehouse first and provide us a reasonable opportunity to review and attempt to resolve the matter before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Hairpiece Warehouse reserves the right to contest improper chargebacks and payment disputes and to provide relevant supporting documentation, including order details, product specifications, photographs, communications, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and applicable policies.
Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in cancellation of current orders, suspension of account privileges, refusal of future service, and recovery efforts or legal action where permitted by law.
15. International Orders
Customers outside the United States are responsible for complying with their local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, import, receipt, and use of products ordered from Hairpiece Warehouse.
International customers are also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other governmental or carrier-imposed charges associated with their order, unless expressly stated otherwise.
