Sales take place in Georgia, with no sale, agreement, or contract entered outside of Georgia. Any purchases mailed to domiciles in the state of Georgia incur sales tax for the county of delivery. It is understood that buyers outside the state of Georgia may incur the obligation of sales or use tax in their respective states and any payment to the home state is the buyers responsibility. There are no sales tax or use obligations for international deliveries.
Legal Claims

While we make every effort to ensure a satisfactory experience for our clients, we recognize that extenuating circumstances may sometimes result in a dispute. You must give HairpieceWarehouse.com an opportunity to rectify the issue to mutual satisfaction. Tight Wave and Loose Curl Orders
Please be advised that orders made with tight wave and loose curl will have heavily processed hair at the factory. As such, Hairpiece Warehouse cannot be responsible for small variations in the hair kinkiness that result from such heavy processing. Clients are free to install wave locally instead of using the factory to install such.
Tampering
If a hairpiece is dyed or the knots are re-bleached, or the hairpiece is tampered with in any similar manner, the hairpiece will not be eligable for refund.
Manufacture Time and Rush Priority
The usual manufacture time for regular non-priority orders runs 8-10 weeks, but there can be delays due to seasonal National Chinese Holidays. Rush orders always receive special priority, and will be delivered faster than regular priority orders. However, the 6-7 weeks timeframe is not guaranteed as rush orders can also incur delays.
Enforcement of Terms of Use
By access and use of the HairpieceWarehouse.com web site, you agree to be subject to these Terms Of Use, as well as applicable laws, as governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the state of Georgia, U.S.A. Unwarranted charge backs and/or non-payment of purchases will be met with legal action, along with action reports to Experian, Equifax and Trans Union credit reporting agencies.
