Description
The All French Lace features a full French lace base with no poly perimeter anywhere on the system, giving you the softest, most breathable, and most natural-feeling result of any French lace stock design we carry. The lace runs edge to edge, creating an undetectable look and invisible hairline from every angle. Because there is no poly border, the 8″ x 10″ base can also be cut down to any size without restriction. It is the right choice for men who prioritize maximum realism above all else and are comfortable with the care that a full lace system requires.
It is available in 11 colors with 0%-100% gray mix options. Gray hair from 5% to 70% uses synthetic gray hair. For 80% and 100% gray systems, the gray is a 50/50 blend of human gray hair and synthetic hair.

- In-stock hair systems ordered by 4:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
- If you add a service such as a Base Cut or Haircut, please allow approximately 1–2 additional weeks for the service to be completed before your order ships.
- Shipping charges and delivery times are based on the shipping method and destination selected at checkout.
- Carrier transit times are not guaranteed by Hairpiece Warehouse. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, or other carrier-related circumstances are outside our control.
Returns & Exchanges
- Stock hair systems may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as they are unused, unaltered, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Eligible returns will receive a full refund of the product price, minus the shipping cost.
- A restocking fee of $15 or more per item may apply if the hair system is not returned in its original condition or original packaging.
- To avoid a restocking fee, please return the hair system exactly as received. The hair system must not be cut, colored, washed, worn, styled, chemically treated, or otherwise altered, and all original netting, packaging, and forms or molds must remain intact.
- Hair systems that have received a Base Cut, Haircut, or any other customization or alteration service are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Hairpiece Warehouse.
- All returned items are inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.

I’ve been wearing All French Lace from HPW for about 5 months now and it still looks great. Holding up really well with proper care and maintenance. Hair isn’t thinning or shedding excessively like what I experienced with cheaper systems. Quality you can actually feel.
Ordered Monday, had it by Wednesday. Looks great. Will be back.

The customer service at hairpiece warehouse is genuinely exceptional. They remember your preferences, they follow up, and when something isn’t quite right they fix it immediately. All french lace system is incredibly natural and breathable.
I’ve been dealing with hair loss since my late 20s. I’m 41 now so that gives you an idea of how long I’ve been fighting this mentally. Tried everything like laser cap, minoxidil, those fiber sprays that get all over your collar, hats constantly. Nothing actually solved it, I was just managing it and honestly it was exhausting.
